Before we talk

A few useful answers.

What does TrialJoy handle?

Study-specific advertising, patient intake, initial prescreening, follow-up, and scheduling. We agree on criteria, appointment capacity, and handoffs with your site before launch.

Are patients guaranteed to qualify or enroll?

No. Prescreening identifies potential fit. Your site confirms eligibility, obtains informed consent, and manages enrollment. Attendance and enrollment are not guaranteed.

How do you handle IRB review?

We prepare materials for applicable site, sponsor, and Institutional Review Board review, work through requested revisions, and launch after required approvals. Approval and review timelines cannot be guaranteed.

What does getting started cost?

Scope and advertising budget depend on your study, recruitment area, and support needs. We’ll outline both after a short introductory call, before you commit.
